主要承擔通信運營商的固定網、移動網新建與擴容項目的前期規劃、工程勘察與設計等工作，如接口局、長途局、特服局、匯接局、接入網市話端局，NGN網絡、2G和3G移動核心網絡、網管系統、信令網、增值業務平臺等。除此之外，還承接社會客戶、政企客戶交換專業工程項目的設計任務。

Mainly responsible for the designing projects such as fixed network of communication operator,prestage plan,engineering inspectionj and design for new establishment and extention of mobile network,eg.,interface office,sepcial service office,city-call end office of access network,core mobile network for 2G and 3G,network management system,signaling network,value-added service business platform,etc.. Beside,also responsible for designing missions for major-exchanging engineerings of social,givernment and company customers.
